Description: Client was charged with domestic violence charges. Client had a distinguished career that was in jeopardy as a result of these charges. After consulting with our firm, we developed a strategy to assist him during his time of need. Through our strategy, we were able to negotiate with the prosecutor to have the matter dismissed and expunged. Client avoided jail, a criminal conviction, and was able to continue his career.
